What did I learn at Tony Robbins Business Mastery ?
It was a blast. Can I tell you that Tony Robbins really knows how to get people pumped up and motivated. We had 1200 plus people from all over the world, in industries spanning the entire gamut, from startups to billion dollar firms represented.
The one thing we all had in common was that we had a great time learning about ourselves and about where we need to be in business this year. But when I say we had a great time, I mean dancing, interactive activities, marching bands, Ferraris, and a guy even won a Harley from the “wheel”. Just an incredible time with numerous speakers, including Tony Robbins himself.
But we were there to grow our businesses, and we were reminded that business is 80% psychology and only 20% mechanics, and that any and every great business starts first with great leadership. So as it relates to me, well VSPWorldwide (the company website you’re on) has always been a successful brand, partly because we do great work and focus on our presentation. However it did not dawn on me until this event, that I am the brand. It is because I take great care of our clients, and I invest in a way of doing business that leaves our clients enjoying their experience.
This is the culture of VSP, and without even knowing it, I was already building a culture by just being me. Building upon my ideals I naturally invested in trademarks that represent those ideals. Great job Rohan.
